Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist cm Sales Lady to be the first point
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Provide detailed information about memberships, packages, and ongoing promotions
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful memberships
Maintain daily records of sales and client registrations
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle payments and issue receipts accurately
Coordinate with personal trainers and other staff for smooth daily operations
Ensure all visitors follow gym protocols and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
Female, Presentable, and Energetic personality
Proven experience in reception, sales, or customer service (fitness industry is a plus)
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM systems
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evening shifts
