When leaders feel energized and resilient, creativity flourishes, collaboration deepens, and performance follows.
Throw back to two powerful days at exploring the four dimensions of energy to build resilience, manage stress, and unlock peak performance.
I had the privilege of facilitating this program for the Beverage Marketing Team at PepsiCo. Together, we dived deep into the physical dimension and its key components. We Learned to shift emotional energy toward a positive and growth mindset and intentionally ignited positive emotions. We discovered how to recognize and overcome our inner saboteurs and enhancing positive intelligence. Gained practical tools to enhance mental energy, sharpening focus, managing attention, and staying centered even under pressure. Finally participants reconnected with their core values to create inner alignment and lead with meaning and purpose igniting our spiritual energy.

It was such a rewarding experience spending time with this inspiring marketing team.

What a memorable night celebrating 10 years of I and witnessing the remarkable growth of the coaching profession over the years.

It was a pleasure being part of this journey since the chapter started in 2015 and a member of the board of directors for 3 years (2016-2019).
A lot of achievements and impact has been created throughout this decade. As a past board, we are very proud that the chapter has been recognized with the Global Chapter Recognition Award from International Coaching Federation for 3 consecutive years (2017-2018-2019) for the results and best practices we have implemented as a team.

And again in 2024, under another inspiring leadership team, the chapter was awarded for the fourth time. Four global awards in 10 years is truly a milestone to celebrate.

This evevining was also a celebration of the passion, dedication and hard work of everyone who has contributed to the chapter’s growth and continues to do.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to facilitate part of the Executive Leadership Program at the Executive Education - AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business, working with an inspiring cohort of senior leaders committed to growth and transformation.
This round, I delivered two core modules: Leader as a Coach and Self-Leadership, both essential capabilities for today’s leadership landscape.
In today’s VUCA world, the ability to adapt your leadership style is no longer a luxury; it’s a core requirement for organizational success. Among all leadership styles, leading as a coach has become one of the most impactful in times of rapid change . 
In this module, we explored how leadership today is less about directing and more about empowering. Coaching-based leadership empowers teams, builds ownership, strengthens engagement, and unlocks performance. When leaders wear the coaching hat, the collective intelligence of the team expands.
We also delved in self- leadership. Leadership starts within. When leaders understand and manage themselves; mindset, emotional state, and internal narratives they intentionally lead others with greater authenticity, resilience, and impact. This module deepened the understanding that effective leadership begins with self-mastery.
It was inspiring to see participants embrace these concepts and translate them into actionable leadership practices.
Looking forward to continuing the journey of shaping leaders who create meaningful, lasting impact.

Just wrapped up a powerful two-day Leadership Wellbeing Retreat SHE THRIVES for an incredible group of women leaders at NBK Egypt . What an experience it’s been!
This wasn’t just another leadership retreat . It was a space for human connection, deep reflection, and authentic growth. We laughed, we learned, and we created a safe environment to show up as our true selves embracing vulnerability, sharing stories, and reconnecting with our values.
It’s in these moments of real connection that authentic leadership is born, when we lead from who we truly are, not just the roles we play.

Through engaging sessions and experiential practices, we explored:

This marks one of the most meaningful milestones in my coaching journey. The MCC is the highest coaching credential in the world, and I’m proud to now be one of only around 2,500 coaches globally to hold this distinction, among hundreds of thousands of coaches worldwide.
This achievement reflects years of commitment, continuous learning, and deep partnership with my clients. I am now fully equipped to coach at a mastery level, walking alongside clients as they unlock their potential and create meaningful, lasting impact in their lives and work.
