And yet, exercise is one of the most powerful medicines we have:
• Cuts heart disease risk by 35%
• Lowers type 2 diabetes risk by 40%
• Reduces depression by 30%

Despite this, governments and health systems spend 99x more on treating illness than preventing it through movement.

While fitness is still treated as a luxury, and part of the entertainment business, it’s healthcare’s first line of defense.

Until policy, investment, and strategy reflect that truth, the responsibility is on us, operators, consultants, and leaders, to lead the shift.

Halfway through 2025 and tracking strong on my Health Big 3:

🛌 Slept 7.5+ hours on 135 out of 180 nights, only 25 “bad sleep” days left for the year.
🚫 Added sugar on just 50 days 😂, just 10 flex days left for the rest of 2025.
🏋️‍♂️ 122 workouts down, 128 to go to hit my goal of 250.

Big progress. Tight margin. Locked in.

this guy built a thriving fitness business from the ground up in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in NY to rent a place, that is on ground floor, street signage, easy access. His impressive coaching skills, class vibe and workout are definitely a 10/10. He coaches more than 4 classes a day (not the typical I run the business so I don’t coach Kinda of guy), and they offer almost 10 classes a day, built a premium brand on community, just when everyone thought bootcamp training is dying. I’ve never been humbled or felt that out of shape in a fitness class before and today’s class felt like a reality slap on the face!
