هي هيئة رياضية ذات شخصية مستقلة متخصصة في تدريب وصقل المواهب في سن مبكر وفق أحدث الوسائل التعليمية والتدريبية. وهي تستند في ممارساتها وطرائقها إلى الاستراتيجيات والبرامج التي تتبناها إتحاد الفيبا الدولى لكره السلة.

أهداف الأكاديمية :-
إن الهدف العام للأكاد

يمية هو تحويل لعبة كرة السلة إلى أداة لغرس القيم الإيجابية وخلق أنماط حياة صحية لدى اللاعبين ومساعدة أولياء الأمور على توفير تربية تكاملية لأبنائهم وبناتهم.
أما الأهداف التفصيلية، فهي:
• إكتشاف المواهب فى سن مبكر.
• توفير بيئة تربوية آمنة ترغب اللاعبين وأولياء أمورهم بالمشاركة في نشاطات الأكاديمية.
• نشر الروح الرياضية وثقافة الأداء الجماعي بين اللاعبين.
• رفع الوعي الصحي والثقافي والاجتماعي لدى منسوبي الأكاديمية.

مجالات عمل الأكاديمية
تتنوع مجالات عمل الاكاديميه لتشمل الجوانب التالية:
• إعداد البرامج والأنشطة الرياضية والثقافية والاجتماعية والصحية.
• إعداد البرامج التدريبيه الفعالة التي تحقق أهداف الأكاديميه.
• تدريب المدربين لتمكينهم من إرساء الممارسات الصحية الفاعلة لدى اللاعبين وبناء القيم الإيجابية فيهم ومساعدتهم على اللعب الجماعي واحترام الفريق.
• إدماج اللاعبين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الألعاب الاجتماعية بما يمكنهم من العيش في سياقات اجتماعية فاعلة تعزز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وشعورهم بأنهم أفراد فاعلون في مجتمعاتهم.

شروط الالتحاق بالأكاديمية
• أن يكون سن اللاعب بين 5 – 30 سنة.
• الالتزام بتعليمات الأكاديمية وميثاقها في مجال السلوك والمخالفات.
• المواظبة على الحضور في البرامج والانخراط في نشاطاتها.
• اجتياز الاختبار الرياضى.
• دفع رسوم الاشتراك فى البرنامج التدريبي.
أنشطة الأكاديمية وبرامجها :-
تقدم الأكاديمية جملة من الخدمات الخاصة للاعبين المشاركين في نشاطاتها وبرامجها، ومن هذه الخدمات:
• الرعاية الطبية المناسبة للاعبين.
• توفير طبيب وأخصائي علاج طبيعي أثناء التدريب والمنافسات.
• رصد ومتابعة النمو البدني للاعب (الطول، الوزن والمهارات).
• رصد ومتابعة النمو القيمي والاجتماعي للاعب (العمل ضمن فريق، احترام المنافس، والمبادرة لخدمة المجتمع).
• تزويد أولياء الأمور بتقارير عن مستوى تقدم اللاعب كل ثلاثة أشهر.
• تأمين الملابس والتجهيزات الخاصة بالتدريب والمنافسات.
• دعوة أولياء الأمور بشكل دوري للاطلاع على برامج الأكاديمية ومتابعة أبنائهم.

البرامج التدريبية :-
تقدم الأكاديمية عدداً من البرامج التدريبية التي تستهدف دمج التعلم مع الترفيه والتدريب الرياضي، ومن هذه البرامج :-
• هم يلعبون ونحن نربي:
وهو برنامج مصمم لتدريب اللاعبين وإكسابهم المهارات الرياضية بموازاة تعليمهم الاتجاهات والمهارات الخاصة بالتعامل مع الفريق واحترامه والالتزام بالتعليمات واحترام الخصم المنافس.
• إعداد مدربي كرة السلة :-
ويستهدف تدريب اللاعبين المشاركين على مهارات كرة السله التكتيكية والرياضية وتوعيتهم بقوانين اللعبة واستراتيجيات تطويرها.
• إعداد الأبطال :-
وهو برنامج متخصص لمتابعة اللاعبين الموهوبين ف كره السلة والعمل على صقل مهاراتهم ليصبحوا أبطالاً في المجال الذى يبرعون فيه.

LEVEL UP Basketball Academy is a contemporary basketball academy born from our vision to create a standard sports training school in Egypt.
The academy was launched for well-designed basketball training that provides a fun, safe and challenging environment that promotes growth and development on and off the court.
This will give players the opportunity to develop basketball skill, develop talent and enhance basketball training standards. ⛹⛹🏀⛹️‍♀️⛹️‍♂️
The academy trains both boys and girls two to three times a week from the ages of 5 to 18. 🧒👨‍🦰👩👱‍♀️
