Exciting news‼️We've added new programs to our Strength and Conditioning and Combat Sports schedules.

HYB: The hybrid training program aims to enhance movement quality using functional fitness to strengthen our weak links and make us more robust to injury. You definitely don't want to miss it!

BOXING: boxing class will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos to help you master the basics of boxing in a challenging yet fun environment!

KO HIIT: High intensity interval kick-boxing training, If you're a beginner or an intermediate who want to get a good sweat while learning proper technique, this one if for you!

Introducing the visionary : Gamal Assem

Gamal has decades of experience in the field of sport, from representing Egypt in the national team of Judo to competing professionaly at Rugby fields.

Gamal always had a self of entitlement towards sports, specially combat sports. Through his effort he gathered the best in the business to start a one in a million facility with a unique vision, a vision that redefines martial arts community in Egypt.
Gamal wants martial arts to be a main domain in the person's life formula ,in his own words "it's the same as having breakfast, you have to put your gloves on everyday".
Living up to his words Gamal is working to achieve perfection and making The Base the no.1 combat sports facility in Egypt and the middle east.
