A big congratulations to all our hardworking athletes who have put in the hours, pushed through the tough sessions, and finally made it to the next level. You earned this one!

And of course, a huge thank you to our coaches for the patience, guidance, and endless support along the way. None of this happens without you.

Here’s to the next challenge, the next chapter, and many more kilometres on the water.

Some of the best moments happen before the day even begins.

One of the reasons we row is to be in nature. To witness the quiet beauty of the Nile every morning before the rush of everyday life begins.

Welcome to Cairow Diaries—a series that captures the moments that make us fall in love with the water, again and again.
