Who Can Join?
Anyone! Pick the distance that matches your fitness level and your training plan.
Run Instructions:
β’ Dress in light, breathable winter layers.
β’ Start well-hydrated. Bring fluids for 10Kβ12K.
β’ Fuel lightly if running longer than 45 minutes (dates, gels, or a banana).
β’ Avoid heavy or high-fiber foods before the run.
β’ Keep effort in Z2 / aerobic range.
