Through our collaboration with Dr. Zina Hany, Atletica brings expert, evidence-based guidance directly to our young gymnasts and their parents. Through a series of educational posts, our athletes will gain practical insights on nutrition, recovery, training efficiency and performance support. Thus, helping them optimize their energy, improve focus and train more effectively. The goal is to support our gymnasts in building sustainable habits that enhance athletic performance while promoting long-term health, balance and a healthy lifestyle both inside and outside the gym.
