What I do with clients In Personal trainer sessions 💪🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚣‍♀️

* First of all checking your physical health history.

* Second working on posture deviations.

* third teach the techniques of each exercise.

* fourth Help the clients to achieve there fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, gain weight strength training workout, improving muscleular endurance, strengthing your cardiorespiratory capabilities, toning and over all health management.

* following up with you during the sessions.

* Also can create specific workout routines for clients to achieve extra weight loss, speed or muscle toning.

* Each client has a fitness level can be extremely different, so my job as a personal trainer may introducing one client to basic exercise, helping second one a weight loss program and assisting a third in advanced training goals.

* In some cases might help clients with health and nutrition plans such as recommending registered dietitian. And in general expect to work with variety of exercises equipment including free weights or stairs in your building and do floor exercises exercises, Pilates work or stretching.
