Tomorrow we kick off! 🎉

55 people have signed up for our 4 acroyoga classes (all for different levels) and the new season starts tomorrow. We are so happy and cannot wait to hear everyone’s goals and expectations. We have so many exciting things planned for this year! Cannot wait to share it all with you ❤️

Last weekend we hosted Dasha Kalinkina in Tartu. It was such a lovely weekend full of learning.

We worked hard, we laughed even harder. Between sessions we shared lunches, a dinner together on Saturday night, and closed the weekend with one big jam, tired bodies and full hearts.

Thank you Dasha for bringing your skill, patience and energy to our community. And thank you to everyone who showed up, tried, spotted, caught and cheered each other on all weekend. Your presence supports the growth of our community!

Suvi kulmineerus Pärnus VÕRA festivalil osalemisega. Kolm 10-minutilist esinemist tänavalavadel, neli juhendatud akrojooga töötuba ja kõige lahedam seltskond.

Aitäh kõikidele osalejatele, kes tulid. Ja suur aitäh Vernerile, Veikole ja Marianale, kelleta seda kõike poleks juhtunud.

Veel üks hooaeg läbi. 🙏

Aitäh kõigile, kes sel hooajal kohale tulid. Kes proovisid trikke, mis algul tundusid võimatud. Kes õppisid end kandma laskma — ja õppisid lahti laskma, mis on tegelikult see raskem oskus. Kes tulid trenni pärast pikka tööpäeva, kui koju jäämine oleks olnud nii palju lihtsam.

Akrojooga ei ole ainult trikid. See on usaldus, mis ehitub kordus korduse haaval — kuni ühel hetkel sa lihtsalt tead, et keegi hoiab sind.

Suvi tuleb teistsugune. Väljasõidud ja töötoad teistes linnades, jämmid, loodetavasti õues. Sügis toob uusi ägedaid asju ja saladuskatte all ütlen, et ka uusi nägusid tiimi.

Näeme varsti ❤️

Meie esimene suvetund pargis oli mega mõnus — päike paitas põski ja tuul silitas päid. ✨

Siin väike flow sellest, mida õppisime.

Järgmisel kolmapäeval kell 17.45 - 19.15 toimub selle suve viimane avatud akrojooga tund. Oodatud on kõik huvilised — igale harjutusele on erineva tasemega variatsioonid, nii et tase pole takistus. 🤍

We performed with our acroyoga community at the Tartu Gymnastics Festival ✨
In total, there were 26 of us — coming from both Tartu and Tallinn.

The performance included three different levels, and we had been working on it since the beginning of the year during our regular trainings. The whole process was such an amazing experience!

A huge thank you to Verner for leading this with so much passion and heart ❤️
And thank you to all the participants — the shared trainings, conversations, and laughter made this journey truly special.
Also, thank you to everyone who supported us, near and far 🙏

We truly have the most amazing community!
