I am looking for a partner to sell 50% of the forked schooner Michelle. A potential partner could have an interest in historic wooden ships or woodworking, marketing. Michelle was built in 1980 in Finland, the hull is wooden, covered with plastic on top, the middle deck is oak, the stern deck is teak, the hatches are teak. 2 wooden masts, 5 slightly faded but in good condition sails, full keel, economical, little driven Sole diesel engine, compass, refrigerator, bilge pump, septic pump, radio station, 2 sinks, kitchen, toilet, bow windlass, 2 anchors, windlass, GPS, Garmin plotter with autopilot, radar , echo sounders, number of cabins 3, shower, autonomous diesel heater Eberspächer, 3 new 100Ah batteries purchased in the fall of 2023, ladder with wooden steps, binoculars, life jackets for 12, electrical wiring fixed a few years ago, the yacht is especially unique with a wood-burning heater 2- local sauna, red sails sewn by Marko Matvere's hands, 12 people can fit on board, captain included, the cabin comfortably seats 8 in rainy weather. At the moment, the schooner is located in Tartu, the city of good thoughts :-) masts and booms have been taken down, I am carrying out body and deck renovation works, they will be finished in September. Past summers, I have made orders for companies in the Tallinn Bay and nearby islands. Since the summer in Estonia is short and the desire is to do other activities with the family besides being at sea, I rather see myself as Michelle's second partner in the future in terms of driving as a passive partner, but I will help with advice and strength :-) Michelle's new location does not have to be Estonia, it can be any another nearby country, why not the Mediterranean or another sea, some islands where Michelle could provide a service for hobbyists. If you are seriously interested, please contact me, I will tell you in more detail.
