There is a tinge of craziness/madness in exceptional leaders. We won’t find this written in any business textbooks. Just try to see, a guy once thought he will invent an electric bulb & he did it. Another decided to make motor cars & he did it. Another decided to colonise Mars & he will do it. 💯

Do you really think, these people are thinking “straight”? (whatever that means to you)

These people are completely out of the box. They not only reinvent the box but make sure that others thrive in it. ✨

✅ Greatness is our DHARMA.

Not using this human potential to it’s fullest is a sin (if there is such a thing). It is disrespecting ourselves & the source of our creation. It is playing small.

The Wild Extremes 😶‍🌫️

Sitting in a mountain valley with my feet dipped in the river, feeling the cold water, witnessing the canvas of blue sky with some airy white clouds painted on it, picking up some stones & throwing them back into the river such that they tip atleast twice before drowning. Isn’t that beautiful? That is exactly what a happy place looks like to this Himalayan Soul. I am pretty sure all introverts can relate to this. 💙

But there is another side to me. I am a big time extrovert when it comes to connecting with like-minded people. If I feel a connection with you, I just don’t know what shyness is. I walk straight in & make a deep lifelong connection in matter of minutes. If I love you, I’ll just straight away tell you that I love you, no BS. 😆

What I am trying to suggest is that our personalities & identities constantly shift. For the sake of simplicity, we as well as people around us want to box or put a label on who we are. This never works for me. 😑

I learn & grow so rapidly that I myself can’t relate to the person I was 6 months ago, leave aside what other’s might think.

You have changed is something that I hear constantly. Although my core value of - infinite responsibility, is still there strongly cemented in my heart. But, everything else from the way I walk, to the way to talk, to the way I think, to the way I act etc. everything is constantly upgrading. 🔥

This is what we all human beings get to do differently. This is what separates us from animals. We can CHOOSE who & what we want to be. We are not slaves to our compulsions. We can always rise above & master ourselves. 💯

The current version of me just loves connecting with people. I can’t even remember how many hands I have shaken or hugs I given in this month already. 🤗

A big thank you to everyone whoever exchanged some energy with me. I am glad that our paths crossed. 🙏

Have you ever been in a dilemma? 🤔
Yes, I was in one.

I started refining my coaching skills few months ago & signed up for a certification program by Evercoach by Mindvalley. Little did I know it was going to blow my mind away.

During our weekly calls & sessions, a live Supercoach experience was announced in Tallinn, Estonia. Internally, I just knew that I have to be there. My inner voice was crystal clear.

But then the voice of doubt creeped in - Is it really worth it? it said. 🙇‍♂️

I spoke to my friends & family about it & they unintentionally increased the volume of that little voice in my head.

I don’t blame them. They care for me & they want me to be safe. I was told how people don’t get schengan visa these days, how covid is still going on, how attending such events is expensive, how the culture is different, & the list goes on. Btw they were all right. It was all true.

However, I didn’t let fear & doubt stop me from doing what I wanted to do. I booked my flight - a non refundable ticket to Tallinn, fully paid, as an act of commitment.
That is how I destroyed fear & doubt - with massive immediate action. I knew that the more time I’ll spend doubting & being afraid, the stronger the voice will get. 💪

Not so surprisingly! things started lining up. I did the visa process all by myself & got it within 18 days. I went to Tallinn & had the time of my life. I made some real lifelong connections & learnt & celebrated a lot (to an extent that everyone is still wondering if I was there to learn or party 😂). Although it was a small event, but it shifted big things in me. Being around like minded people (especially when you are not the “average/normal” kind) matters. Learning from people who are ahead of you in their personal growth journey matters. Simply showing up to learn & grow matters. 🔥

The main point is this - whenever you are in a state of confusion (or facing a dilemma), will you listen to the voice of doubt & fear or will you listen to the voice of faith (faith in the Universe that things will eventually work out, faith that you will just be fine no matter what, faith that right people will show up along the journey)?
Having doubts & fears is not the problem, staying with them all the time is. Make friends with the . Let her guide you. ❤️

Moving ahead with absolute certainty while staying a little paranoid has always worked for me. I believe if we can truly imbibe that we end up opening so many doorways for ourselves.

I am making mistakes all the time & try my best to learn from them.

But, over the years, I have realised that the only mistakes I actually regret making are somehow related to acting out of ego. Other mistakes are sometimes beautiful.

It is always the actions led by my ego that are most difficult to heal, forgive or release. Also, they are the ones that did the maximum amount of damage.

Here are few I have learnt from acting out of ego:
- Ego is the number one relationship killer.
- Ego stunts are spiritual growth.
- Ego makes us lonely.
- Ego makes us do things that are not good for us.
- Ego creates more suffering.
- Ego makes us violent.
- Ego destroys our intelligence.

Let me guess, you want to be more, do more, & achieve more in life. That's Great!
That is exactly what you should be aiming for. Also, it is completely fine to not be at your peak all the time. We are all humans here after all. 🙏

But, you don't have to assume that life will always be like this. You will have to struggle a bit maybe but you will finally rise above your self-doubts, fears & insecurities. You will be able to achieve whatever you set your mind to. It is 100% possible when we will go through this beautiful coaching journey together. ❤️

I have struggled a lot to master my inner game. I had to work A LOT on myself & it is only when I started aligning myself with my heart’s desire & learnt the techniques to become more clear, efficient, focused, etc. things started shifting for me. 🔥

Keys to Progress 🔑

There are only two ways we can make progress - the first is by making efforts & the second is by receiving nurturance from others. However, we start progressing real fast when both these factors are combined.

If we are not willing to make any efforts, it is extremely rare that success will come to us. The possibility is minuscule. We need to have that drive, that passion, that fire in us to move ahead on our path. 🔥

Also, we need to remember that we can't make much progress without other's help. From the moment of our birth, we rely on our mother's milk for survival. No matter which area of life it is, the same principle applies. There is no such thing as self-made. It is a myth. There are always plenty of factors involved when it comes to our success which is beyond us. Allowing ourselves to receive & being grateful in definitely a way to make progress. 🙏

Doing requires us to learn so that we can become more efficient at our craft. One of the biggest reason we don’t take massive action on something is not necessarily because we have some inner challenges (although that is the case majority of the time) but because we just don’t know how to go about it. We need someone to put pieces of the puzzle together. This is where seeking help from trainers, coaches, mentors, etc. comes in. They help us both with our inner dynamics & prepare us for the outer challenges as they know the path ahead.

Allowing requires us to detach with the outcome. It is about getting ourselves out the picture. It is about letting something bigger than ourselves take the lead. This is where our challenges with ego comes in. Our need for feeling special ourself usually don’t let the mission come to complete fruition. We end up becoming a bottleneck. We focus on our own personal preferences than what is needed for the mission. This is where seeking help from spiritual masters comes in. They not only help us see things beyond our limited scope prevalent at the moment but also gives us methods to transcend our current limitations & be more aligned with the larger vision.

If we want to make something huge happen, we will have to focus on both doing & allowing things. Both will demand us to continuously reinvent ourselves & staying detached from our current way of being definitely helps.

Although I use a much elaborated method before making a difficult decision. But, this is brief snapshot of the process.-...

Although I use a much elaborated method before making a difficult decision. But, this is brief snapshot of the process.

- It can take me few months at times before I reach to a conclusion. I try my best to not rush, learn facts & practise. Currently, I am figuring out something & I have given myself 33 more days. 😂

- Getting into the right state & becoming congruent to the outcome are also few challenges that we might have to face. 💯

- Finally, the most important thing is to . Once you have made the decision, come what may. You are not going to die, life goes on. ✨
