Poland has been confirmed as the host of the 4th World Deaf Athletics Championships on 18-25 July 2020.

The ICSD Board has been in meetings for the last two days. The meeting with the IOC was an opportunity to follow up on items discussed at our previous meeting. We also agreed to work on strengthening our partnership as per our memorandum of understanding

ICSD Athletics TD Richard Pearce arrives at the Lasnamäe Indoor Athletics Stadium for the 2019 WDIAC. The new track surface is well bedded down and in great condition. Over the next 2 days they will start preparing the stadium for the competition putting up flags, video screen, podiums, etc ready for the start on 14 March. The stadium will look great ! Tomorrow there will be meetings with the Estonian OC and competition officials, followed by testing of the new starting lights from Japan.
