The School Of Lila First Ashtanga Yoga school in Estonia. Open since January 2nd, 2007. We teach yoga.. ashtanga monkey yoga. It means that we respect the system but bend the rules.

We feel yoga is a tool, not the end goal. We are sincere but not serious. Come and have fun with us!
