I love this practice! This is my backup when I don't have time to do my Ashtanga practice. Life is sometimes challenging that way—many duties but not enough hours to fulfill them. That is where this practice shines.
We have built a daily routine of 30+ minutes of yoga, early enough that the other responsibilities can still wait. We start the day by taking care of ourselves first. Then we have something to give to others. If we neglect ourselves, nothing good will come of it.

A few clips from the YOGAFUNC release #51 launch with did with . The clips are from tracks number six and seven. Vinyasa and core strength.

It was fun to do YOGAFUNC with an actual group of people in front of us. My main studio is online so this type of an set-up is rare for me nowadays. 😊 We should do more of these, what do you think? If we organize special YOGAFUNC classes, would you join? We could do themed classes. YOGAFUNC for beginners? Music themes like hard rock, hip hop, etc? We have 51 releases so quite a large music bank to choose from.
