⭐️ TantsuRUUM töötuba: Karin Munters Jameson 🇸🇪
5. ja 6. septembril tuleb meile Rootsist külla Karin Munters Jameson, kes jagab Klein tehnika tööriistu.
Töötuba toimub 5. ja 6. septembril 10.00-13.00 Eesti Tantsuagentuuris.

🌙 Töötoast:
Klein TechniqueTM is a bodywork, in constant shift between practice and theory. The alignment of the bones, the work of the deep muscles of postural support are the focus areas of the work and practice. To achieve a deeper understanding of the musculoskeletal system and its function, we work with the physical concepts of weight, spatiality, and gravity and how they are linked to the mechanics of the body, as well as to the structure of the bones.
In class, we get to concentrate on ourselves as anatomical beings on a deeper level to make room for this in our daily lives as dancers and movers. In this workshop, improvisation will be used
as a method to deepen and play with one’s understanding of Klein TechniqueTM.
