Decide that you are worthy for all the success that you have always wanted.

That you have what it takes to take your business, relationship, studies, travelling, whatever really, to the next level. 🔝

It is all just one decision away & you can make that decision NOW!

I know from my own experience how difficult it can be to get over the first hump full of fears & doubts. But the thing is - they are just thoughts & you can always alter your thoughts the way that serves you best.

Once you start moving, you will gain the momentum. You don’t need motivation to start. Motivation will be created from action. & from action you will gain the confidence to keep going.

So whatever is keeping you from reaching your potential DECIDE that you will take your first step to your future NOW!

It is 12 weeks later & I have finished this truly magical book. ✨

You have seen me praise this book for a while now & there is a reason..

I owe so much to the author whose creation has given me the courage to start my own journey as a coach. I am truly grateful that I found the book exactly when I needed it. It has guided me through situations that would have been tough if I didn’t have the wisdom & support from this amazing book.

It is a book mostly for blocked artists but can really help anyone who has any creative bone in their body & need a bit of courage to start whatever they have put off.

I have more & more examples where all I need to do is just trust myself & things will fall into place. ✨

But trusting myself is something very new for me. Self-doubt has followed my every move since I was young. I mean I used to make lists of positive & negative sides of staying over at my grandmother’s house when I was a child... even the smallest decision was a struggle for me.

Now that I have been exposed to so many ideas & different approaches to self-belief & I am comfortable enough to experiment with having faith in situations where I normally would have gotten anxiety has made me trust myself more.

It is so important to get rid of all the negative beliefs about yourself that don’t serve you & never have. Everything you think to be true might just not be...

Instead of thinking that you cannot do something try, just TRY to trust yourself once & see how your life changes!

I guess you have noticed that I haven't really posted any new posts in a while.. That's because I am working on a new project that I am very very excited about!

Since I have been through the disappointment, depression, anxiety about my past, present & the future, I know how freaking tough it is to believe in yourself within all this mess. Now I am happy to say that I have come through it stronger than ever & I want to give the same confidence to others as well.

That is why, I am on a road to create my very own coaching business where I tie together all my knowledge & experience about healthy mindset, time-management & goal-setting.

I am a big believer in taking life into my own hands & goals play a big role in making this a reality. While educating myself about goal setting, I found that I cannot set purposeful goals without values. Your values play a big part in setting goals for your day, month or year. In the recent weeks, I’ve understood the importance of freedom. Since the pandemic started, I haven’t really gone anywhere from the 3km radius I live in & it has drained me mentally. I’m sure many of you can relate to the same situation..

Now that I have my newfound freedom thanks to the Indian driving license & Indian government lifting the restrictions on travelling to the country, I feel a bit more at ease. But to be like my true carefree self, there are still some blocks that need to be demolished within my mind & my environment.

Because I can’t really pinpoint why I feel stuck, even though everything is seemingly fine, I’m focused on asking questions like: How can I feel more free? What can I do to be more carefree?

Asking questions like these can make you see the solutions rather than problems. Even if you can’t think of the answers right away, you will find them eventually. The important thing is to ask! Like they say.. if you’re not asking, you will not receive.

This is probably lesson I struggle to learn the most. Every time I feel like I got this! I have this! Something happens & I’m back giving too much damn about something that I cannot control.

What’s important is YOU! What do YOU think of yourself, what do YOU do to make yourself happy, what do YOU choose to affect you.

When you understand that & make a conscious effort to live by it, you will notice a shift in your mindset. There is nothing & nobody that can disturb your peace of mind.
