Couldn't resist a workout outside bathing in sunlight yesterday. Had some rubber bands in my backpack and thought I could train some muscle ups. Damn has it been a long time which showed right away in technique 🥲🥴
Had a very nice push-pull session💪
Even though the some gyms opened already I still didn't have a chance visiting one.
Chilling home in Estonia atm enjoying family time 😌💛
Honestly, noy really feeling like working out at all atm😄

I just love these non-hectic evenings when you have time to prep your food with thought and use just the right amount of your favourite spices like smoked paprika lemon pepper to achieve that mouth watering taste🤤
This way of making food is extremely soothing and comforting for me. My evening becomes much lighter and more stress free when i get a chance to dive into the quality food making.

The same way muscle related pains and discomforts could be the result of overly contracted or stiff muscle tissue as well as will it act the same when stretched too much.
•Combining
both strength training and stretching gives many more benefits in terms of inner balance than one element alone.
Next important moment is
•Breathing
properly: meaning you breathe in during the easy phase of an exercise and breathe out against the gravity, when the harder work happens.
•Different elements
Do as many pulling movements as you do the pushing - this will help you even out the back to chest strength/physique weaknesses.

I like to look at fitness as a combination of raw physical strength and spiritual energy. Both are valuable individually, however, more beneficial when developed hand in hand🙏
What's the point of lifting 100+ kg deadlifts when your diet and sleep are inconsistent or every move you make takes your body through a painful physical journey?
Don't listen to anyone else except your body and treat it well. After all, the term fitness is much broader than just lifting weights. Eventually it is abour your freedom!

A 14th day of fun morning/evening beginner back stretch from that started as a 2 week challenge with a friend🤸‍♀️
Starting to go deeper with most elements. In the beginning it was quite tight 🥲
Think i'm gonna continue for a while to see how far I could improve my back and legs mobility!

Finally coming back to my weights pain free after a while (turned out I had my serratus muscle inactive which caused imbalance in strength between front and back of my deltoids). Couldn't do any overhead presses for a while as well as painless benches. Putting heavy lifts aside and concentrating on body controlled physical therapy saved my days✨
