Stay realistic
Before a child reaches the level of the Olympic Games, there will be a lot of training, defeats and disappointments. Be there all the time, no matter what.
If adults make unrealistic demands (three hard workouts a day, no rest and an international championship in a couple of weeks), a sports career can turn into torture. Do not demand fast and sky-high results, this will lead to the opposite effect — frustration, loss of self-confidence and burnout. Remember that a young athlete has a whole way ahead of him. You have to help pass it.
Resume
If you are thinking about how to grow an athlete from a child, follow certain rules. Allow the child to choose independently whether to move to the professional level or not. Follow a healthy lifestyle with the whole family and always support the young champion. The tutor program of the Foxford online school will help you find your way and not go off the course. Change the form of education so that you can easily fit the receipt of basic general education into the child's schedule. Do not make exorbitant demands on the future champion.
