Nothing beats a trail run with the city waking up below. 🌅 6 solid kilometers in the bank for the half-marathon prep. Taking it easy today at a 7:49/km pace, letting the elevation and dirt paths build that leg strength. Every run, no matter the pace, adds up to the big goal. I am currently preparing my mind and body to conquer the Iron Man Challenge: 3.8km in the water 🌊, 180km on the bike 🚴‍♂️, and a 42.2km full marathon on foot 🏃‍♂️.
​It’s a massive mountain to climb, and the real test isn't just race day—it's the months of unseen discipline, early mornings, and consistent training ahead. Building this endurance takes time, but I am ready for the process. Let’s get to work! 🔥
