LARRY SCOTT and his family.

Larry Scott (1938–2014) was a legendary bodybuilder celebrated as the first-ever Mr. Olympia in 1965 and 1966. Beyond his physique and iconic "preacher curl," he was deeply devoted to his faith, wife, and family.

MARRIAGE AND CHILDREN :
● Wife:
He married Rachel Ichikawa on October 29, 1966, and they remained married until his passing.
● Children:
The couple had five children: daughter Susan, and sons Erin, Nathan, Derek, and Michael.

FAMILY TRAGEDY :
● Tragically, his son Derek died in a motorcycle accident in 1992, and his son Michael passed away a year later in 1993.

His ambitions started at the ripe age of 9 years old. His training was simple but smart, he'd train anywhere he could, from the bedroom to a friend's backyard.

Le monde de la musculation et des salles de sports crée souvent des liens très forts, et partager son entraînement avec une personne dotée d'une telle élégance d'âme laisse toujours une empreinte indélébile.
Un grand monsieur qui s'entraîner dans ma salle
" MAAZOUZ MOHAMED KARIM " d'origine d'Oran et qui s'est installé à Mostaganem les années 2000, puis il a quitté son pays natal où le destin l'a envoyé aux États-Unis pour y vivre, dotée d'une intelligence, sympathie et Courtoisie. Très sérieux dans ses entraînements, humble et modeste.
Ces mots sincères témoignent du profond respect et de l'amitié que je porte à cet homme.
