On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite your club and young athletes to participate in the ALGIERS OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2026, specifically dedicated to the grassroots categories.
This championship serves as a vital platform for our youngest competitors to gain experience, develop their skills, and celebrate the spirit of Karate within our local community.

Categories: Benjamin & Minime (Male & Female)
Registration Information: The registration portal is now active. We kindly request all participating clubs to register their athletes by SportsID account .
Technical Instructions & Regulations
ALGIERS OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2026
1. Registration Process (Online Only)
Platform: All entries must be processed via SportsID https://wkf.sportsid.org
Deadline: Registration closes on January 27, 2026, at 23:59. No manual or late entries will be accepted at the venue.
2. Categories & Weight Classes
Benjamin : Specific weight classes as per national regulations.
Minime : Specific weight classes as per national regulations.
3. Weigh-in & Accreditation
Official Weigh-in: Will take place on January 29, 2026, from 14:00 to 18:00.
Documents: Coaches must present the athletes' original licenses .
Accreditation: Only coaches with official accreditation cards will be allowed in the competition area (Tatami side).
4. Competition System
The competition will follow the WKF Point System .
Brackets and schedules will be published online on January 29, 2026, at 21:00h.
