Some classes stay with you long after they’ve ended. ✨
This morning at Kibayo was one of those classes.
What began as a small group practice unfolded into a strong, creative Vinyasa flow filled with challenge, laughter, trust, and connection. Although these two wonderful students had only practiced yoga a handful of times, they brought incredible strength, mobility, curiosity, and willingness to explore. The energy in the room was so natural that the class evolved far beyond what I had originally planned, eventually leading us into some beautiful intermediate inversions, including Pincha Mayurasana.
Moments like these remind me why I love teaching.
Over the years, my yoga journey has taken me through many different spaces and chapters—from studio, to Dharmashala, to the .temple.cabarete and now to
Each chapter has shaped me in its own way, but lately I’ve been feeling especially grateful for this new beginning.
The support, encouragement, and sense of community I’ve found here have given me space to heal, grow, and deepen both my personal practice and my teaching. I feel welcomed, inspired, and excited about what’s unfolding.
My hope is to continue building a vibrant yoga community here at Kibayo—one where people can move, breathe, challenge themselves, connect with others, and discover just how much they’re capable of.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there’s a place for you on the mat. 🤍🙏
Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00–10:30 AM at Kibayo.
