Your body is designed to move. You do not need a fancy gym membership or expensive equipment to get started. A 20 minute walk, a few stretches, or a quick workout at home can make a big difference. Small steps done consistently often lead to the biggest results.

A little food for thought...

Burning 500 calories can take 30-60 minutes of running.

Not eating 500 calories takes about 0 minutes.

Both require discipline.
One requires a lot less sweating.

Exercise is great for your health, strength, and fitness. But if weight loss is the goal, nutrition does most of the heavy lifting.

You can't outrun a fork. 🍴
