Hello, I wanted to do a little update as a lot has happened this year.
I have finished university and now a nutritionist! I will be receiving my certificate of being a ANutr Nutritionist after i graduate 😆
I have got my surf instructor qualification and been working in this role over the summer while living in my van, a lifestyle I have fallen in love with 🏄🏻‍♀️I am having some time off this year hoping to go travelling, which will allow me to be more active on this account! Focussing on effective workouts for van life/travelling, eating sustainable meals and other things about being health and self care🌞

Struggle to stay motivated when running?
Here are 3 tips that I have found to really help 🏃🏽‍♀️

1. Having multiple routes
The same route can get very boring, especially if you know exactly how long you have left. So changing the routes up makes it less repetitive and more interesting.

2. Going with a friend
Chatting with a friend on your run can distract you from how far you have been running, it makes it more enjoyable and having someone their to encourage you really helps with motivation.

3. Set goals
Lastly, setting a goal before you go for your run is really going to help, whether it’s distance or time. It gives you that end target to focus on and motivates you to reach that goal.
