We often look at athletes as superheroes because they make millions of dollars and perform at the highest level. But behind the fame and success, they're human just like the rest of us.

In this video, I talk about athletes such as Kevin Love, Paul George, Lamar Odom, Naomi Osaka, and Simone Biles, who have openly shared their struggles with mental health. Their stories remind us that pain, anxiety, depression, and emotional battles can affect anyone.

I've faced my own challenges, and that's one of the reasons I wrote this book. I'm not a doctor, and I don't have all the answers. But I do know this: if you stay silent, nobody can hear you.

KNICKS UP 3-0 😳 Cavs QUIT & Harden DISAPPEARS AGAIN!

The New York Knicks are one win away from the Finals after beating the Cleveland Cavaliers again and taking a 3-0 series lead. Cleveland looked defeated in the middle of the game, and once again James Harden disappeared when the pressure got high in the playoffs.
The Knicks brought energy, toughness, and confidence while the Cavs looked like they already accepted defeat. Is this series officially over? 👀🏀

Thunder Came Back From 15 Down… Spurs BENCH Collapsed

The Spurs started hot and had OKC down early, but the Thunder fought back and completely changed the game. Everybody keeps talking about the grabbing and physical defense, but the real difference has been the bench production. OKC’s second unit is showing up while San Antonio’s bench looks lost right now.
Can the Spurs fix it before the series slips away?
