Still feeling so full of love 💜

Thank you to my Fitness Family, my friends, my family, and everyone near and far for the beautiful birthday wishes, heartfelt messages, cards, surprises, and generosity. My birthday was January 8th, and I’m still smiling from all the love that poured in all week.

To my LA Fitness crew, my Synergy Fitness family, and everyone who shows up, sweats with me, supports me, and celebrates life with me — THANK YOU. You truly make what I do so special.

Last week’s birthday surprise meant more to me than you know, and today’s packed class reminded me once again why I love this community so much.

Here’s to health, movement, laughter, strength, and many more sweaty moments together in 2026.

In Loving Memory of Carlos B. Keene (Nick)
February 28, 1961 – October 16, 2024. —————————————————————With a heavy heart, we share the sudden passing of our beloved brother, Carlos B. Keene (“Nick”), on October 16th, 2024, due to heart failure. His warmth, kindness, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

The last time I spoke to my brother Nick was just last Monday, two days before his passing. We had such a great conversation, filled with laughter and our usual brother-sister fun. I’ll cherish that moment forever. I miss him more than words can express. 🙏🏽❤️😢
