Sometimes when it feels to much and we’re scared, often it’s the younger part of us that needs attending to.
Therapy doesn’t always have to be about talking, sometimes we don’t need the words. What we need is someone to be with us, while we unfold and invite all the different parts of us to come out.
Sometimes it can be someone to make us feel safe, someone who can meet the different parts of us and be willing to play.
