MY TRANSFORMATION 💪🏻👊🏻

Everyone thinks that fitness trainers are always in a great shape, but the truth is that we too are only humans! Sometimes, when you work a lot with others and when you help other people to reach their goals, at some point you can lose yourself. 😬 Motivation for improving yourself can dissapear but anyway, we as a coaches should always be an example (in my opinion). I wasn’t sure if I should post this pocture but I really wanted you to know and see how one trainer can get fat in a very short period...
So this is my transformation - first picture is from 15/02/20 (it’s very easy to see how holidays affected my body and how much I love to eat 😅) and second one is 15/07/20. How you can see, it really is a long process. You probably have seen a lot of programms for 90 days or even shorter ones. Those numbers are very popular for some reason, probably because 90 days is enough to change your habits and that’s really great but the real process is totally different. Real process is way longer and so much harder then it’s been presented in all those programms.
🗝If you want to change your life and your body, the most important thing is to be honest to yourself. Set a real goal and give yourself enough time. Don’t look for the shortcuts. You need to find longlasting path to change your life so health and body can follow. 🗝
