2018:
- Protein: Not tracking
- Focus at gym: HIIT & compounds movements (squat, deadlift, bench press)
- Cardio: 4-5x/week
2024:
- Protein: Tracking religiously 🥲🤣
- Focus at gym: HIIT & compounds movements (squat, deadlift, bench press)
- Cardio: 3-4x/week
Grateful for the trial and tribulations along the way.
After working with clients, the biggest indicator to me that someone was going to achieve their goal was behind what they said. The people more likely to achieve their goal is going to not say words like “try, maybe, can’t, etc.” Such words subconsciously deter you from believing that your goal is possible.
