It’s easy to get overwhelmed when you haven’t gotten to where you would like. It’s easy to give up. It’s easy to tell yourself that maybe one day you’ll be where you want.

Day by day you progress. You 🆚 you. Whatever you desire is starts with 1 choice … change or repeat.

I get it …

“I’m tired too.”

“I have a busy schedule.”

“When the perfect time comes, I will make it happen.”

How often you hear any of these lines above? Maybe you said or someone told you it?

It’s easy to get accustomed to what is comfortable.

Years from now, we will either do what we said we would or regret not doing it …. your decision

2018:
- Protein: Not tracking
- Focus at gym: HIIT & compounds movements (squat, deadlift, bench press)
- Cardio: 4-5x/week

2024:
- Protein: Tracking religiously 🥲🤣
- Focus at gym: HIIT & compounds movements (squat, deadlift, bench press)
- Cardio: 3-4x/week

Grateful for the trial and tribulations along the way.

After working with clients, the biggest indicator to me that someone was going to achieve their goal was behind what they said. The people more likely to achieve their goal is going to not say words like “try, maybe, can’t, etc.” Such words subconsciously deter you from believing that your goal is possible.

Whatever you seek is possible.

How to fall in love with your fitness journey? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

- Not obsessing over the scale to determine the success from the gym. Normal scales won’t tell you about body fat, muscle mass, water weight, etc.
- Not spending 1+ hour at the gym each day. It’s not sustainable for a long term unless you have the freedom.
- Sticking to a diet that supports your goals without sacrificing your favorite foods. If you are prepping for a special event then there a better ways to track fat & muscle mass.
- Surrounding yourself around people who push you to be better.
- Letting go of people and habits that no longer serve you!

Whatever you seek is yours, put in that work 🚀🚀🙏🏽

Like 🍷

I remember the days I didn’t want to look in the mirror. I remember being bullied as a child. I remember watching Dragon Ball Z & Jersey Shore and wanting to workout. I remember having friends who made me feel ok about just starting to exercise and motivating me with words of encouragement. I remember having friends who told me that I’m doing too much at the gym and I’m going to get hurt. We all have different experiences that make us who we are today. You are unique!
