FEBRUARY CHALLENGE!!
Squats!!
Pretty straight forward movement. Make sure to set up your feet shoulder with apart. If you have struggle getting depth, consider using a chair to help you find the bottom position of the squat. If you are feeling spicy, maybe turn some days into jump squats or add weight! Make sure to drive your knees out and avoid extra strain by not letting them cave in towards the center! Same format as last month: 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off!
