The least understood factor or principle, when it comes to results, is TENSION.

Exercise selection, repetitions, training frequency; even food, are useless if the ex*****on does not guarantee constant muscular tension.

The muscle group that requires a greater variety of angles + intensity corresponds to the back of the torso (including gluteus and spinal erector).

training to change the body requires a minimum of 8 repetitions and up to a maximum of 20 (in some cases up to 100 reps x 1 single series). Training manipulating variables such as tempos, repetitions and rest between series, guarantee a total stimulation of all the fibers that make up the quality of physical strength.

The more rest, the greater the ability to move weight. The less rest, the greater the stimulation for maximal hypertrophy.

The possibility of making a muscle grow goes with the ability to intensely feel the contraction of the worked muscle.

Who has well-formed, voluminous muscles; they acquire, by practice and obsession, an incredible faculty to feel them. This is known as proprioception.

If I had to choose just one exercise to achieve maximum and complete development of the lower body muscle group; especially glutes, abductors, and quadriceps; what would be my answer?

-DEEP SQUAT

When the ex*****on requires an intense recruitment of all the muscles responsible for posture and movement; and is taken to the maximum total joint path of the eccentric part (end of the descending part), it is the point where the glutes receives the maximum stimulus necessary to induce the growth of the fibers.
