A reminder for whatever you’re going through right now:

There is always light after the storm. 🌅

Sometimes you’re so deep in the middle of it that you can’t imagine things getting better.
You question whether the hard days will ever end, whether you’re on the right path, whether things will finally start making sense.

But storms don’t last forever.

Keep going. Keep trusting. Keep taking the next step, even when you can’t see what’s waiting for you on the other side.

The sun is still there, even when the clouds are covering it.

And one day, you’ll look back and realise the storm was never the end.

Sometimes, you don’t need to travel somewhere completely new to experience something new.

For this guest, returning to the Dominican Republic after many years became an opportunity to see her home country through completely different eyes, while reconnecting with herself, nature, yoga, and community.

From yoga classes and fresh, nourishing food to horseback riding, exploring Las Cuevas, spending time with family, and having the beach right outside her door, her stay at Zen Cabarete became more than just a getaway.

It became a chance to slow down, explore, reconnect, and experience her home country in a whole new way. 🌊
