Another week has ended!!! We've worked hard chiseling, reshaping and building. Remeber its one block at a time, others may not see yet but we notice the small changes. Congratulations!Recipie for this long weekend, go for a 30 minute run or go up and down the steps to your house or a friends. Do the towel excercises before goin to the shower. squats while watching your favorite show. Please do something!!! Its carnival celebrations here so there are no classes on Monday and Tuesday next week. Dont forget our green juice and raw food challenge. Go get it! make that change!

Excercise IS fun. yesterday was stepping to gangnam style and starship. those killer abs and amazing flexibility stretches. lol. Today was buns and thighs of steel. i know it hurts but thats our body changing. tommorow get ready ladies!!!!!!!!!!! do know why? we gonna do it all over again!!!! lol.
