✨ What a special weekend at the Health and Wellbeing Program (HWP) in The Netherlands! ✨

Under the inspiring guidance of Duccio, we joined a wonderful group of Facilitators in exploring health, wellbeing, and consciousness on a deeper level. We learned new Balances, gained fresh insights, and discovered a surprising new perspective on health.

This edition was especially meaningful, as it was unfortunately the last HWP to be held in the Netherlands. We are deeply grateful for everything this program has brought to the people who participated here. 💙

Fortunately, this is not quite the end: we have scheduled another HWP for September in the beautiful city of Sønderborg, Denmark, together with . We look forward to coming together again to learn, grow, and connect.

What a beautiful and nourishing few days we shared together at Mundekulla Retreatcenter during the Divine Integration Retreat ✨

Balances, dancing, meditation, swimming, bonfires, drum circle, heartfelt conversations and so many special moments together. We loved connecting, sharing and co-creating this magical retreat with all of you 💛

Soms voel je je gewoon… leeg.
Of moe.
Of alsof alles even te veel is.

En juist dan ontstaat vaak de gedachte:
“Laat maar… dit is niet het moment om aan mezelf te werken.

Logisch.
En tegelijk… precies het moment waarop er vanbinnen iets speelt.

Stress, spanning of oude patronen kleuren ongemerkt hoe je denkt, voelt en kijkt naar de wereld.
En daardoor lijken mogelijkheden soms verder weg dan ze eigenlijk zijn.

Wat wij vaak zien, is dat wanneer die onderliggende stress verandert…
er ook iets verandert in hoe iemand de wereld ervaart.

Meer ruimte.
Meer rust.
Meer perspectief.

Misschien hoef je dus niet eerst beter te worden om iets te veranderen.
Misschien helpt het juist om iets te veranderen, zodat het weer beter voelt.

Je hoeft niet vast te lopen
om iets te willen veranderen.

Soms zit het niet in wat “niet goed gaat”…
maar in wat nog lichter, vrijer of leuker mag.

Van een 8 naar een 10.

Dat klinkt klein.
Maar het kan een wereld van verschil maken in hoe je je leven ervaart.

Wat we vaak zien, is dat overtuigingen niet alleen invloed hebben op grote thema’s…
maar juist ook op de kleine dingen.

Zoals iets nieuws proberen.
Of jezelf laten zien.
Of gewoon… ergens plezier in hebben.

En als daar iets verandert,
verandert vaak de hele beleving.

Wat zou er voor jou van een 8 naar een 10 mogen? 💛
