Here is some practical informations:
First of all, remember that the arrival date is alway a bit chaotic for everyone. There can be some waiting, things are hard to find, and its just a mess 🙂 But......
At arrival you will meet some nice danish people, who will give you your envelope with wristbands, gala tickets and hook up voucher if you have bought one.
When you arrive please follow the instructions for parking, that means park INSIDE the areas, and leave fire roads open and 3 meter between all vehicles.
On each stable you find a number and names on the riders in that particular stable. Please do NOT steal shavings from other stables, that's just not cool at all!
We will open up for sale of shavings, hay and hayledge monday evening, so if you need more, you go to the cafe and buy it.
Tuesday we will know if coralling (paddox) is possible, it depends on how much space camping is taking up, so please do NOT put up corrals before we give the green light for that.
If coralling is possible it will be SMALL corals (paddox) like 3x3 meters pr. pony as we want all ponies to have the possibility.
Please remember NO smoking in or outside the stables, and don't throw your cigaret butts.
Remember not to cross the road with ponies or bring them to the campsite. The arena is NOT open monday, so walk your ponies on the paths and in the nature around the centre.
In the café you can pay by card or with danish kroner and euro (notes). We prefer card but will take your cash. We give back in danish kroner 🙂
The practise schedule will be up on all the stables, so you can see what time you have your practise time Tuesday.
