Question about Ji-sig Taekwondo- And answer. Can everyone train Ji-sig Taekwondo? Anyone can train Ji-care taekwondo regardless of age and background. There are trained normally age divided on child and adult teams. Moreover, they have several clubs additional offer for the smallest down from 5 years of age, where play is the most important element in the training. When the clubs themselves put restrained up you must contact your local club to see if they have a team that fits. What do I get out of Ji-sig Taekwondo? You come in good shape, both physically and mentally. You will be faster and smoother. You can strengthen your confidence and self-discipline, and not least, you get a lot of new friends and exciting experiences mm. Ji-sig Taekwondo has many different elements - basic technique, battle technique, self-defense mm. You certainly find interest in the sport. Is Ji-sig taekwondo dangerous? No. The daily training provides both greater flexibility, strength and speed. In battle, preventable injuries through the management and equipment, and in relation to other contact boules (football, handball, etc.), There are very few injuries in Ji-sig Taekwondo

How is the training? The training is done varies from club to club, but obviously some common denominators:
The training always starts with a good warmup to avoid damage. Then trained different techniques, conditioning and strength training. Mental training is also part of the training, including for safety reasons. The traditional discipline evident, for example. by special greet ways during training. Mutual respect priority. Through training you gain both a greater physical control in terms of flexibility, strength and speed, but you also gain a stronger psyche through sport use of discipline and focus on their own performance. Taekwondo training is a long-term development. It takes about 5 years to train up to black belt and curriculum expanded in line with developments. The body keeps training supple and strong, while the mental balance improved. Most commands conducted in Korean. What is graduation? Graduation is a test where you have to show whether you are good enough to get the next belt. Allow at least four months between each graduation, and it is a requirement that one has learned its new curriculum, as well as that set by his coach. The coach sets only the student if he or she believes that the student is proficient enough to pass. The modulation can take place in the club house or the federal level. After passing the graduation, this written in the federal passport. How do I get a black belt? To achieve the black belt required several years of concentrated effort and training. First you have to go through 9 tracked samples and then you have to set and pass the black belt test or graduation, as it is called colloquially. The requirements for running the tests set by the Scandinavian Taekwondo Organization, but leans heavily on Danish Taekwondo Association and Kukkiwon / World Taekwondo Federation in Korea. The greatest difference lies in that we do not have anything related to competition in our tests. How do I register and what does it cost? Scandinavian Taekwono organization has clubs in different parts of the world, and more. Find a club on our website

It is relatively cheap to go to Ji-sig Taekwondo. When you've invested in your suit, which lasts several years, you just pay for belt tests and the new belts to achieve and of course club dues. Some clubs offer welcome packages where you get everything with (costume, brands, Federal Spas and possible. Equipment)
Clubfee varies from club to club, so contact your local club for more information. Federal license paid by the club, so you are automatically enrolled in their league. Can I go to the competition? No, not if you go to one of our Ji-sig clubs, in Ji-sig Taekwondo we have gone back to the roots, from before Taekwondo became an sportsdiciplin, with us it's all about the martial art and lifestyle, and effective self-defense. This does not mean that we are against modern Taekwondo, and we have as much respect for those who train modern, as we have for those who coach Ji-up taekwondo, or other martial art / martial arts. Is Ji-sig Taekwondo the best style? Maybe, maybe not, we don't compare ourselves with anyone else, and we do not look down on others or up to for that matter, we look at budoka (people who practice martial art / martial arts) as equal in all respects. For some people ji-sig Taekwondo best to cultivate, for others it is modern taekwondo or karate, or jiu-jutsu or, or so on. The only way to find out about Ji-up Taekwondo is the best one, is by trying.

Dan i Gojo-ryu.
