After pushing the body to the limit, you Got to take Care of your body as if was temple, royalties ect.
Tips & trick to injuries and soreness.
After more than 10 years Experince at the national team. Only one Thing remain the same, the cure to fast recovery.
4 simple factors:
1: hot water/heat, the place you feel the soreness or have an injurie, heat the area up. Heat make the blod flow clean your area for inflamation or stiff muscle. Today Its my feets/legs 20 min of hot hot water.
2: freeze It Down!
As soon as possible treat your inflamation, injurie with Ice, This Will prevent it get worse. Switch between 10-15 min freeze, the heat/hot water for 10-15 min. 2-3 times if really sore.
3: Compression.
Compression calfs sleves. Reduce pain, heat the area for blod flow. And help me recover faster.
With injuries. Use wrap for Compression ASAP, Then fix an ICE bag, the wrap some more. Elevate the injurie and relax for 15 min.
4: Sleep.
Sleep is the bodys originally charger. Only anough Sleep Will fully charge your body for the next Day. Or in pur case the next training.
