Hello everyone,
I wanted to share my chest and back routine with you. It involves three supersets, each consisting of two exercises. For each superset, I will perform 15 repetitions of the first exercise, immediately followed by 15 repetitions of the second exercise. I will alternate between chest and back exercises.
I will repeat this pattern for a total of four rounds, with the rep scheme as follows: 15-12-8-4. After completing the four rounds, I will finish off with a dropset. In the dropset, I will reduce the weight to half of my maximum and perform the two exercises.
