Thomas Engholm - “Perfect effort”
There is a saying, “all good things must come to an end”, and sadly this also applies for the players in SEB. On behalf of the board and the players, SEB would like to thank an outstanding and remarkable coach.
Without Thomas, SEB would never have existed. We have enjoyed 2 great years, where the players have been able to maintain their connection, training and further development with you here in Aarhus. Some may recognize how special a teamwork between player and coach can be. Collaborating with most players for several years and for some stretching for as long as up to 10 years is a rare privilege for both player and coach.
Thomas, you have not only pushed the players on court with your extraordinary training sessions, but also of court by adding important values and life skills beyond expectations. Work hard for your self and your fellow training partners, progress before results, strive to improve, and don’t ever give up – these are just some of the important things all our players have been working by. In short – striving for the Perfect Effort. Perfect effort doesn’t mean you can’t or won’t fail or have an off day – it’s about awareness on delivering your best effort, even when things get rough!
THANK YOU for always caring, pushing, and truly trying to make a difference. You have made the Perfect Effort as a coach, and the memories of all the good times will stay with us all forever. We wish you the best of luck onwards!
As this is our final posting we would also like to thank all our followers for showing an interest in our little club and our postings🏸
