Management
Helping to match drivers that can challenge each other and get the best results possible with over 13 years’ experience in karting and 9 years in GT racing. With the knowledge and network to help drivers find their way in the motorsport industry. How We Help
• Career Plan: Making a 3–5-year plan which will make it easier for the driver to perform and find sponsors or partners who want
to join a long-term journey as opposed only looking one year ahead.
• Contract Negotiations: It is difficult to know what is expected in a motorsport contract. With the network of Nicolaj, junior drivers can be assisted in getting the best contract possible with the most benefits for the driver.
• New Opportunities: Being the most successful Porsche GT4 team, entering into the 2021 Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland and competing in the GT World Challenge with the GT3R Allied Racing has all the resources to bring a driver up the GT ladder to the top of GT3 racing. Allied Junior Academy
For 2021 Allied Racing is running the Junior Academy with Nicolaj Moller Madsen as the head of the programme which already includes nine junior drivers. The Junior Academy is about helping drivers develop a sponsor platform and understand the marketing aspects of being a professional driver. Workshops will be run throughout 2021 where the juniors will be able to develop their understanding of race car dynamics, set up and data analysis. Also included in the workshop is developing the psychological and physical wellbeing of the juniors so they can be in peak condition for the season. The drivers placing will be decided by Allied Racing which will always be in the best interest of the junior and their development. Coaching team

Coaching Options:
• Karting:
A MollerMadsen DP coach will come to the kart track and coach young drivers about mental preparation, understanding the importance of warming up properly and communication between the driver and team. The coaching includes driver development throughout the day, with an emphasis on having fun because an important key to speed in young drivers is enjoying it.
• Gentleman Drivers:
A MollerMadsen DP coach will arrive at the test and offer passenger laps to help demonstrate the limits of the car to the gentleman driver. The coach can bring the Race Navigator system with them so that the gentleman has pro data to help improve themselves and the coach will work with the gentleman all day to help improve their driving. The coach can arrive at the track and meet the gentleman to use their car or we can arrange a test day with our successful partners Allied Racing.
• The Complete Driver
We also offer bespoke training programmes to improve the physical fitness of the driver where a MollerMadsen DP coach will send a two-week training programme. This package includes help with nutrition and the psychological aspects of being a driver.
• Simulator
Simulator training has become more and more popular within racing due to the costs of a test day. This can be useful for both young and gentleman drivers to learn a track without spending money on a full test day. This means the whole test day can be spent on driver development and not as much time is needed for learning the track. We can offer a simple simulator in Denmark where we can develop driving style, qualifying prep and race prep. Thanks to the partnership with Allied Racing we can also offer the use of three high-tech simulators which are more immersive and will feel more like a real race car.
• Sponsorship / Marketing
With over nine years’ experience in finding sponsors Nicolaj created the Race Club having raised over €1,500,000 in sponsorship with an understanding and creative approach as to how to attract sponsors in motorsport, by building the brand around the driver we believe we can help drivers develop the capital for achieving their goals in motorsport. This includes how to use social media in the most affective way, to please sponsors and make sure you are setting the right image for potential sponsors too. We are partners with companies that can help produce websites, brand building, merchandise and more!
