Jody Fonck

14-year-old Fonck made history as the youngest rider to win the NRHA - National Reining Horse Association European Affliate Championship Non Pro title.
With HR Spooks Revolution (NRHA Three Million Dollar Sire Spooks Gotta Whiz x Revolutions Diamond), owned by Golden Paint Ranch between the reins, she performed to a 218 which earned her € 3.600-added EAC Non Pro Championship.

The NRHA - National Reining Horse Association EA 400-added Limited Open Championship final counted 25 horse-rider combinations representing seven European countries vying for the Championship. Fourth in the draw Miroslav Baniari of Austria riding Tiffanysgun, a 6-year-old mare by COLONELS SHINING GUN out of Shine On Princess, owned and bred by Pavel Slabik, set the bar performing to a 217.5. His score held and the top step of the podium was theirs.

Verena Klein of Germany rode Angelika Schürmann’s 6-year-old gelding Got My Baileys ( Wimpyneedsacocktail x Smoking Walla Wanda) to a 215.5 and the second step of the podium.

Tying for third place honors with a 215 score were TP clinic med Tor Erik Eggen Tor Erik Eggen of Norway riding TP-Ranch’s Freys Smokin Tinsel (NRHA Two Million Dollar Sire Hollywoodstinseltown x Gun Smoking Rose) and Verena Klein with Simon Andersson’s Cromeds Cowboy ( Cromed Out Mercedes x Miss Keyhole Cowboy) between the reins.

The € 3.400-added NRHA - National Reining Horse Association EA Intermediate Open Championship closed with a tie between Dutch Roy van der Hoeven (NED) riding USS Nu Spook (NRHA Six Million Dollar Sire Smart Spook x USS Nu Chex) owned by Karina Lyngvig, and Verena Klein (GER) riding Got My Baileys ( Wimpyneedsacocktail x Smoking Walla Wanda) owned by Angelika Schürmann. Both closed their performance with a 217.5 score. Sliding to the third step of the podium with a 216 was Ditte Poulsen (DEN) riding Gunna Outgun Ya (NRHA Four Million Dollar Sire Gunnatrashya x Shining Queen Tinia) owned by Tuse Creek Ranch's Jette Ceglarek.

On the closing day of the NRHA - National Reining Horse Association European Affiliate Championship, NRHA Million Dollar Rider Ann Fonck rode to the € 7.200-added EAC Open Championship with Shines Like Spook (NRHA Six Million Dollar Sire Smart Spook x NRHA Million Dollar Dam Ebony Shines) owned by Rosanne Sternberg after performing to a strong 223.5 score. The Belgian professional also rode Gunners Specialolena (NRHA Four Million Dollar Sire Gunners Special Nite x Dolly Jac Olena) owned by Diego Dalla Gassa to third place honors after scoring a 220. Reserve honors, with a 222 score, were for Klaus Lechner of Austria riding Julia Gaupmann-Lechner’s Cody Rooster Delmaso (Ricochet Rooster x Made of Lacey).

Reserve honors went to Anniken Nystrøm Holth of Norway aboard her own Eineyswhiz (NRHA Two Million Dollar Sire Einsteins Revolution (authorized) x West Coast Sandy) who closed her performance with a 216. Sharing third place on the podium with a 214 score was the combination made up of Julia Gaupmann (AUT) riding her own Tinseltownsmokingun ( Colonels Smoking Gun x Miss Tinseltown) and Sara Nordin riding her own Chex Little Legend (Custom Legend x Chexalotta).
