We’re excited to finally announce that signups open on January 8th at 19:00 - exclusively for those on the waitlist.

We’re limited to 200 Founding Members, and with 1100+ people already on the waitlist, we expect spots to go fast.

Introducing our Yoga & Breathwork Zone ⚪️

This space was designed as a time capsule — a room devoted to stillness, simplicity, and nervous system restoration.

The zone is illuminated exclusively by incandescent lighting, chosen for its warm wavelengths that support recovery and regulation. Whether you’re here for silent meditation or a guided session with one of our certified trainers, the environment is intentionally stripped back to let the body downshift.

Subtle sound therapy at 432 Hz and 963 Hz, combined with natural aromas of pine and lavender, helps you recalibrate the moment you step inside.

Within the same zone, you’ll also find our Performance Department, where we conduct comprehensive body scans, VO₂ max assessments, and CO₂ tolerance training - bridging deep recovery with measurable performance.

Each zone spans the full spectrum of human function and adapts to the environment it’s created for - never forced, always responsive.

Here, the environment will do the healing - not your effort.

Membership update:
We’ll soon be opening membership registrations exclusively for those on our waitlist. The first 200 people to register will secure a spot; remaining applicants will stay on the waitlist until future openings.
