What does it feel like to be part of a team?

Honestly, I can't imagine doing all this alone. Realistically, I can't do this alone. I always need at least a mechanic with me at all times. I would not be able to lift the kart alone, make set-up changes in time, remember all I need as a driver and what my kart needs, it is just impossible.

Being part of a team like Driver Academy means, not only do I have the mechanical assistance I need, but I gain coaching, data analysis, knowledge that I don't possess yet, friendships that continue off the track and a feeling that we are conquering the race weekends together.

So far I have been in 2 teams, firstly Klub Viadukten and now Driver Academy. Both teams are very different and the things I have learnt from them are different. The friendships and having others to hang out with on race weekends, to talk about the track and decompress with some laughter is always the same.

Team = Companions that share the same interests as you.

So my opinion will always be, join a team, you can't do this alone.
