DTU Cycling Welcome to DTU Cycling's Facebook site. DTU Cycling is the official cycle club at the Technical University of Denmark. Join in on a training session from DTU.

We are an active club at DTU, and up-to-date info can be found on our website (we don't use facebook much): https://dtucycling.klub-modul.dk/ We ride all kinds of bikes and go together on weekly training days through out the year. Additional information can be found on our website (when updated), on our Facebook group of the same name or on our Strava club. Any further questions can be posted to o

ur email. We meet up at the building 101 parking lot, Entrance E and ride according to the following schedule:
Cyclocross - Mondays 13:00
Road cycling - Wednesdays 17:30
Mountainbike - Saturdays 13:00

We hope to see you and expect your equipment to be in fair shape. If available please bring a spare tube and pump. Also, no helmet, no riding!

Roadtrip to the mountain to the north!

Five fresh riders had a great trip this weekend to Hallandsåsen and managed to ride 80 km with 1.500 meter elevation gain on the various climbs across the "ås".

DTU Cycling's members went by Sweden today to try the roads on the hill to the north, Hallandsåsen. It was an absolutely exceptionel ride with 1.500 height meters spread out over eight climbs, which ensured a good challenge for everyone, and with 28 degrees and sun from a clear sky, the only problem was to stay hydrated. This will definitely be a an area to revisit.

Today Nils and Andreas were out promoting DTU Cycling at the Intro Week for new´Master's students with a very popular competition in building 101's Grønnegården. 59 new students and their Buddies tried to see who could do the fastes 1 km on the hometrainer and get to the top of the leaderboard. In the men's competition Ivan set the fastest time at 59 seconds while in the women's Sarah and Seline shared the first place at 1 minute 28 seconds. DTU Cycling would like to congratulate the winners, thank everyone who participated, cycling as well as cheering people, and hope to see as many of you as possible together with us on the bikes in the future!

As we get more of the administrative work done, updates will follow on this page. The official membership registration is not open yet but do not despair, cross, MTB and road training sessions take place every week from DTU, and you are of course welcome. Announcements regarding training and less official things are at the moment done in our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/191958201272922/. Join there to get the latest information.
