Kangoo Power classes are interval training programs designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength, core stability and endurance. During the classes participants burn between 800-1000 cal., continuously working with an extra weight of 1.9 kg/boot (total of almost 4 kg). The basic moves are easy to learn and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, therefore it suit

s many age groups. Kangoo Jumps is a form of rebound exercise having numerous health benefits: the Impact Protection System (IPS), reduces impact up to 80% so protecting your joints, knees, spine. Also, due to the semi-circular sole, the boots correct body posture and improve your balance. Are you interested in trying them because you think it’s something for you? Do you want to spice up your regular training with a new experience? Now you can have a chance to all of that!
