We’re proud to welcome Henderika Kingma to the Women’s International Football Conference 2025.
Henderika will be delivering two insightful presentations during the event.
The first is a joint session with Byron Bakker, Head of Academy at FC Groningen, titled "Building Synergy Between Men’s and Women’s Football in Your Organisation." This presentation will explore how clubs and federations can create stronger, more unified structures by fostering meaningful connections between their men's and women's football programs.
Her second presentation is titled "Women’s Football at FC Groningen - How We’ve Built the Women’s Game Within Our Club." In this session, Henderika will take us through the journey of how the women’s program has developed at FC Groningen - from laying the foundations to planning for sustainable growth in the years ahead.
One of the main goals of this year’s conference is to promote collaboration between the men’s and women’s sides of the game. The joint session from Henderika and Byron is a perfect example of the type of integrated thinking we believe will drive the future of football, in both the men’s and women’s sectors.
