🚀 We are Super excited to share that Episode 2 of the Scouts Lounge is officially LIVE!

This time we sat down with Nemanja Tesic, First Team Scout at Venezia FC - and honestly, this conversation is packed with gold for anyone curious about how real scouting works at the top level.

We dove into everything from how his passion began, his jump from FK Sarajevo to Venezia, what the day-to-day of a first-team scout actually looks like, and how he’s shaping his craft through the UEFA Academy Elite Scout Programme.

We also touched on challenges, key lessons, success stories, and his advice for people trying to break into the industry.

Nemanja was incredibly open and thoughtful, and I’m genuinely thrilled to share this episode - it’s one of those conversations that gives you both insight and inspiration.
