A hell of a run for us at this years Super Cup, but unfortunately just not enough for us to complete the three-peat.
We got a picture perfect start to the tournament, going undefeated in the group stage - we beat 6-0, then 4-1, and finally .de 8-0. We kept playing well into the playoff round, beating 7-0, which led us to face danish rival . A well playing bulls team kept us to only 1 run against their 5, and broke our 17-game winning streak, spread across three Super Cups. With our backs against the wall, having to play 4 games in one day if wanted to win it all, we beat 9-7 in a thriller of a game to start off the day. Next game we once again beat 4-0, securing a bronze medal. The fatigue started to show, when we again faced . We started off well, having the lead through 3 innings, but as our starting pitchers injuries started to wear him out, the bulls ended up beating us 5-2. Thus we finished this year with a Bronze medal.
Even though it’s not the result we wanted, we’re still very happy with how we played this tournament. Every single player in our lineup hit at least one home run, we played a perfect defense with no errors, not to mention an incredible performance from our pitching staff throughout the entire tournament!

Up next for us are the danish finals, where we get a shot at revenge vs the Bulls.
