Tai chi is not just great for Arthritis/Arthrosis but it is actually recommended, and ,like a former Tai Chi instructor , after hearing my MC scanner result ( arthrosis in cervical and lumbar spine bones) I decide to reintroduce a tai chi routine in my daily activity to manage my CFS and Arthrosis. After New Year I will practice in my old Tai Chi courses gym and any of my former students are more then welcome to join me with no cost ☯️

Zhan Zhuang is a particular Qi Gong posture famous for regulating and increasing life energy (Sheng Qi).
Posture can hold from 5 minutes to 1 hour. It should be approached gradually and increased duration only when you experience an improvement in relaxation and well-being.
It is generally considered that a duration of 20 minutes daily allows for body transformation from the inside.
Notes for good ex*****on and make the best of this posture:
1-Head suspended.
2-The look is directed ahead.
3-The shoulders, elbows and chest relaxed.
4-Knees lined up above the tips of the feet. Parallel feet.
5-Stretch the spine by simultaneously pulling it up (from the top of the head) and down (from the coccis).
6-slightly separate fingers, medium fingers pointing at each other.
7-light pelvis back.
8-abdominal breath (slow and deep)
9-The perineum rooted down.
10-Body weight uniformly distributed to the feet.
Additional notes:
- Unlocked joints, relaxed muscles, elongated back.
- Pull your chin in, tip of tongue touching palate, relaxed face muscles.
