Hey Team ,

Tomorrow at 19 -20 Wednesday 17.9.
On Mat 2, Miedema Will teach a wrestling class, Gavin has alot of experience wrestling since he was a kid in the US.
Wrestling is very important in grappling and mma.
Please come and join the class , and we Will evalulate after a month or so to put the class permantly on our schedule.
